Then this screen will appear

Your Novell username will be your student ID number :
Your Novell password will be your first initial of your first name and your date of birth eg. J13031960

However you will then be told that your password is incorrect. DO NOT PANIC.

This screen appears and you can change your password to suit yourself.

(Remember the current password would be your first initial of your first name and date of birth)

Once the new password has been entered, then this screen will appear.
