The Horsham Campus delivers training throughout the Wimmera. The modern facility accommodates a spacious Learning Resource Centre and specialised training rooms for child care, computing, welfare and library studies.

1999 saw the opening of a $3.9 million building which houses art and design workshops, a nursing training room and three additional computer training rooms. The campus' training restaurant - Rosebook is conveniently located across the road at the Horsham Racecourse. The campus' rural programs are delivered from a purpose built woolclassing facility.

Programs provided include Business Studies, Computing, Further Education, Industrial Studies, Hospitality, Rural Studies, Vocational Arts and Health, Social & Community Services and some higher education units.
